Boekingsvoorwaarden

• Na indiening van het boekingsformulier ontvangt u z.s.m. een betaallink. Na betaling is uw boeking definitief.
• Minimale boekingsleeftijd is 18 jaar.
• Wanneer u Natuurhuisje Gouderak boek gaat u akkoord met de vermelde huisregels en annuleringsvoorwaarden.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

• Annuleren kan gratis binnen 24 uur na boeking.
• Kosteloos annuleren kan tot 7 dagen voor start verblijf. Om in aanmerking te komen voor teruggave van het reeds betaalde bedrag dient de annulering schriftelijk (per e-mail) te worden doorgegeven aan Natuurhuisje Gouderak (zie contactgegevens).
• Voor overige annulering wordt geadviseerd een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten bij uw verzekeraar.

Booking conditions

• After submitting the booking form you will receive a payment link as soon as possible. After payment your booking is final.
• Minimum age of the main guest: 18. 
  
• When you book Natuurhuisje Gouderak you agree to the stated house rules and cancellation policy. 

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation within 24 hours after booking.
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the start of your stay. To be eligible for a refund of the amount already paid, the cancellation must be communicated in writing (by e-mail) to Natuurhuisje Gouderak (see contact details).
• For other cancellations, it is recommended that you organize your own cancellation insurance.

Huisregels

• Check-in 16-20 uur, Check-out 7-10 uur.
• In Natuurhuisje Gouderak zijn feesten en evenementen niet toegestaan.
• Natuurhuisje Gouderak is niet geschikt voor groepen jongeren, studenten en sportteams. 
  
• Roken is niet toegestaan in Natuurhuisje Gouderak.
• Vuurwerk is niet toegestaan bij Natuurhuisje Gouderak.
• Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
• Het is verplicht om afval te scheiden in Natuurhuisje Gouderak.
• Uit respect voor de natuur is het stil tussen 22:00 en 7:00 uur.
• Uiteraard gaan we ervan uit dat je een zorgeloos verblijf hebt, maar mocht er onverhoopt toch iets gebeuren, is het belangrijk dat je als gast verzekerd bent tegen de Wettelijke Aansprakelijkheid die gepaard gaat met de huur van Natuurhuisje Gouderak (brand- en waterschade). Ben je niet WA verzekerd, dan kan je persoonlijk aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor deze schadekosten en voor de rente over deze kosten. De verhuurder zelf heeft Natuurhuisje Gouderak verzekerd (opstal en inboedelverzekering). 
• Verder is het belangrijk om te weten dat u als gast de verhuurder of zijn/haar vertegenwoordiger nooit de toegang tot het natuurhuisje mag weigeren als hierom gevraagd wordt.

Houserules

• Check-in 4-8 p.m., Check-out 7-10 a.m.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
• This is a fireworks-free nature house.
• Pets are not allowed
• Waste separation is mandatory in Natuurhuisje Gouderak.
• Natuurhuisje Gouderak is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
• Out of respect for nature: silence between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• Naturally, we assume that you will have a carefree stay, but if something unexpected happens, it is important that you as a guest are insured against the Legal Liability associated with the rental of Natuurhuisje Gouderak (fire and water damage). If you are not insured, you can be held personally liable for these damage costs and for the interest on these costs. The landlord himself has insured Natuurhuisje Gouderak (buildings and contents insurance). 
  
• Furthermore, it is important to know that you as a guest may never refuse the landlord or his/her representative access to the nature house if requested.
